These two fabulous women and their wonderful colleagues are quality humans who have a genuine care for people and no matter what, always ensure the little things are considered. Of course it's their job to provided excellent customer service but easier said than done all day, every day.
I always leave Cairns smiling and feeling good...not just because I'm flying home, yes there's no place quite like it. But also because Miss A and Miss A are so friendly, truly delightful, exceptionally thoughtful, effortlessly engaging and without fail always take the time to recognise and undertake the little and simple things. They take customer service experiences from good to fantastic without even trying, making every "catch up" highly memorable.
